Meet and greet services

Meet and greet is one of the essential services at the Nairobi airport for those who doesn’t want to make queues for clearance from the customs, immigration and at the baggage hall for baggage collection.

  We offer efficient meet and greet VIP Standards service to our clients. We fast track them right after they disembark from the aircraft through customs, immigration, baggage collection then outside faster.

Meet and assist service is good for everyone but it is more convenient for the first timers, the old, children, VIPs and groups. In fact, those who in need of the wheel chairs, meet and greet service is all you need. Here, you will have a wheelchair arranged and everything done for you. If you need airport transfer, you can notify us so that we organize a car for as per your request.

Arrival meet and greet

Upon arrival, our office rep will meet you after you disembark from the aircraft. He will help you to clear with the customs, immigration then she picks the baggage for you from the conveyor belt at the baggage hall and lead you outside to your waiting car.

  The whole process takes approximately 7 minutes hence there is no time wasting at the queues. For easy identification, upon booking, we request for your latest photo for easy identification.

Connecting/transit meet and greet.

Maybe you are going to a certain country connecting through Kenya’s Nairobi airport. Immediately you come out of the aircraft, you be guided by our stuff and  help you check out of the terminal.

  She will then guide you to the departure terminal to check in for your connecting flight. She will help you check in, up to the final gate then she will wave goodbye as you take off.

Once you  arrive at the taxi drop off area, you will find our representative waiting to help you check in to the next flight.

  He will offer the assistance you need. Be it carrying luggage, helping you with a wheelchair or any other requested service to the departure terminal; you check inn then escort you to the lounges.

Note. If you need a wheelchair, you are advised to communicate earlier so that we can arrange one for you. The wheelchair is completely free.
