Pick up from the hotel and a small safari overview then embark on the safari en route to Lake Naivasha for your day trip.
Make a short stop at the great rift valley viewpoint to take pictures and marvel at God's work at the rift valley. Capture the magical landforms and the scenic views of this valley and keep them for future memories. Proceed on for the safari arriving at around 9:00 Am. Take breakfast at Naivasha Lodge then embark on biking at hell's gate national park.
After Hell's gate national park tour, proceed to Lake Naivasha for a boat-riding safari to experience aquatic and rich birdlife at the lake.
11:00 am. Visit Crescent island
Our next discovery takes us to Crescent Island Conservancy. The terrain is flat, making it easy for walkers of all abilities to enjoy themselves. There are a lot of easy-to-see games like Giraffes, waterbucks, Elands, wildebeests, Zebras, and Impalas.
The Naivasha day trip presents a wonderful opportunity to experience the rich birdlife experience, aquatic animals such as hippopotamus.
Among the resident, birds are fish eagles, ospreys, Lilly-trotters, Blake crakes, and a variety of herons. Hippos live in the lake. A number of mammals can be seen grazing in the surrounding lake environs, such as zebras, impala, buffalo, giraffe, kongoni, and at night hippos.
A short boat trip from the mainland out into Lake Naivasha gives you access to the unique crescent island wildlife sanctuary. There is also a possibility to access it by road passing through the " Horse Riding Complex" A wide variety of wildlife birdlife and flora life lives quite freely out there and as there are no predators to be found, quite happily as well.
Take lunch at 14:00hrs
Spend some time wandering around at your own pace and enjoy the peace and quiet broken only by the sounds of the island's wild inhabitants.
Finish all the activities at around 5: pm and start your journey back to Nairobi arriving around 7:30 pm. You can be dropped off at your hotel or airport to catch your next flight.
