DAY 1 NAIROBI-MAASAI MARA
Arrive at JKIA in the morning the leave for Masai Mara driving through the scenic Great Rift Valley toward the legendary Masai Mara. As the landscapes open into vast golden plains, excitement builds for your first game drive in Kenya’s most iconic reserve. In the afternoon, you’ll head out on a thrilling safari where you’re likely to spot elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, and, if lucky, lions or cheetahs on the hunt. As the sun sets over the savannah, enjoy the raw beauty of Africa before settling into your lodge for dinner and overnight.
DAY 2 MAASAI MARA
Spend the entire day exploring the Masai Mara, home to one of the highest concentrations of wildlife in Africa. With morning and afternoon game drives, you’ll track the Big Five—lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, and buffalo—alongside wildebeest, gazelles, hyenas, and countless bird species. A visit to the Mara River introduces you to hippos and crocodiles, and you may witness dramatic predator-prey interactions. Optional activities such as a Maasai village visit or a sunrise hot air balloon safari add cultural depth and unforgettable perspectives to your experience.
DAY 3 MAASAI MARA- LAKE NAKURU
After breakfast, depart the Mara and journey north toward Lake Nakuru National Park, set within the Great Rift Valley. Upon arrival, enjoy a game drive in this compact yet wildlife-rich park, famous for its flamingos, endangered black and white rhinos, Rothschild’s giraffes, and tree-climbing lions. The scenic viewpoints overlooking the soda lake provide excellent photo opportunities, while the park’s dense wildlife ensures rewarding sightings in a short time.
DAY 4 LAKE NAKURU- AMBOSELI
Early breakfast and morning drive to Amboseli National Park, known for its views of Mount Kilimanjaro (approx. 7-8 hours).
Arrive at Amboseli in the late afternoon, check-in, and enjoy an evening game drive.
Spot large herds of elephants, lions, cheetahs, and an array of bird species.
Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge
DAY 5 AMBOSELI full day game drive
Begin with a sunrise game drive, perfect for seeing elephants against the backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro.
Spend the day exploring Amboseli’s lush swamps and open plains in search of wildlife.
Midday break at your lodge/camp, followed by an evening game drive.
An optional cultural experience visiting a local Maasai community.
Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge
DAY 6 AMBOSELI – NAIROBI
Early morning game drive to catch a final glimpse of Amboseli’s wildlife.
Enjoy breakfast at the lodge, then check out and begin the return journey to Nairobi (approx. 4-5 hours).
Arrive at JKIA in the afternoon for your onward flight.
